JBIC agrees loan with Cambodia for power lines project
The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) has signed a low-interest loan agreement totalling up to $22m with the Royal Government of Cambodia, to finance the Greater Mekong Power Network Development Project.

Powerfuel signs technology deal with Shell for UK clean coal plant
18 April 2007 - Powerfuel, a UK coal mine owner controlled by Russia's Kuzbassrazrezugol, plans to build a 900 MW, coal-fired power plant in Hatfield, in northern England, that will use Shell gasification technology and carbon capture.
