Washington Group International awarded clean-air project for Constellation Energy
Washington Group International said that it has been selected to provide engineering, procurement and construction services for a clean-air project at Constellation Energy's Brandon Shores Power Plant in Baltimore, Md.

France's EDF to invest €900 m in gas fired power stations
EDF is to invest €900 m ($1.2 bn) to build new gas fired power stations, the group said in a statement following a recent board meeting.

Washington Group International said that it has been selected by the FutureGen Industrial Alliance to provide architectural, design and engineering support services for the FutureGen initiative, a public-private partnership to develop and build a first-of-its-kind, coal-fueled, near-zero emissions electric power plant.
