Fluor awarded Canadian power plant project
Fluor Corp. said that its subsidiary, Fluor Canada Ltd., was awarded a procurement and construction project by St. Clair Power L.P. to build a 570-MW combined cycle power plant in Ontario, Canada.

UK manufacturer Hayward Tyler has announced a further order of eight boiler water recirculation pumps for Shanghai Boiler Works Limited (SBWL) Changsu Power Station.

APT Petroleum Pipelines Holdings Pty Ltd is installing a 33 MW on-site power plant, featuring GE Energy's Jenbacher gen-sets, at the Xstrata Mount Isa copper and zinc-lead mine in the remote region of northwestern Queensland, Australia.

Wheelabrator awarded multiple contracts totaling over $500 million

Alstom secures second GT26 CCGT order in Ireland
Alstom has announced today an order last week worth €275m ($375m) from ESB Power Generation, a division of the Irish state-owned power producer Electricity Supply Board (ESB), for the construction of a 430 MW combined cycle power plant at Aghada, Midleton Co. Cork, Ireland.
