Japan considers building Iraq power plant
Japan is studying the feasibility of building a major power plant in the southern Iraqi city of Samawah as its first assistance for an infrastructure project in the war- torn country, Chief Cabinet Secretary Hiroyuki Hosoda said Wednesday.
