Indonesia and Malaysia to study interconnection
Indonesia's State-owned electricity company PLN and its Malaysian counterpart Tenaga Nasional Bernhad (TNB) agreed to jointly study development of electric interconnection between the two countries.

Demag signs contracts for orders totaling over € 40m
Demag Delaval Industrial Turbomachinery, a fully owned Siemens subsidiary, has signed three contracts with a total order volume of € 40m. The company will supply gas and steam turbines for power generation, mechanical drive and industrial processes to Turlock Irrigation District (TID), California, USA, Afval Energie Bedrijf in Amsterdam and Cebi Enerji in Turkey.
