Montana Power shareholders win $67m
Shareholders of Montana Power Co. and Touch America will receive up to $67m under a tentative agreement their lawyers reached with insurance companies for officers and directors of the two companies and NorthWestern Corp. to settle a class-action lawsuit, lawyers said Tuesday.
