UK law firm to defend Indian government over Dabhol
The government of India has appointed UK-based solicitor firm Watson, Farley & Williams (WFW) to handle its legal defence against GE and Bechtel, which have filed $6bn claims against Indian government as compensation for investment losses in the failed Dabhol power project (DPC).
