Dynegy receives FERC approval of California refund litigation settlement
Dynegy Inc. announced Monday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted the settlement of numerous contested claims relating to western electric energy market transactions that occurred between January 2000 and June 2001.
