Nuvera and Takagi join to develop fuel cell systems for Japanese market
Nuvera Fuel Cells, Inc., and Takagi Industrial Co., Ltd., announced Tuesday an agreement to develop commercial fuel cell-based cogeneration systems for the Japanese market. The parties will be building on technology they have already developed and deployed for the Japan Gas Association.

KWI enters Japanese market in partnership with Toshiba

Enel moves forward on acquisition of two Romanian electricity distributors
Enel and OPSPI - the Romanian Privatization Office of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce - have signed a protocol finalizing negotiations for the acquisition by Enel of a 51 per cent stake in two electricity distribution companies, Electrica Banat and Electrica Dobrogea.

Kema to help Baltimore Gas and Electric with redesign initiative
Kema has been retained by Constellation Energy subsidiary, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), to provide expert support in the development of the utility's Reliability Redesign Initiative.
