Nearly 95 per cent of BGE customers back in service following Isabel
Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) this morning announced that it has restored power to nearly 95 per cent of its customers who were left without power as a result of Hurricane Isabel and a subsequent storm that passed through the region Tuesday morning.

Bechtel Enterprises and GE Structured Finance, the two US firms that hold stakes in India's Dabhol Power Company [DPC], have filed an arbitration action against the Government of India, seeking about $600m each as against their investment of $120m each in DPC.
