TXU cuts management by 30 percent
TXU announced management changes, effective Wednesday, designed to reduce costs, streamline the organization and increase focus on the operations of its core businesses in North America.

E.ON increases dividend after strong performance
German power and gas group E.ON today reported a strong operational performance for 2002 and plans to increase its dividend to Euro1.75 ($1.92) from Euro1.60 ($1.75). "With a dividend yield of 4.6 per cent, E.ON is one of the top quoted securities among the DAX companies", said CEO Ulrich Hartmann.

Enel to buy Entergy stake in Bulgarian power company
