Alstom partner expands facilities

Alstom said its business unit Power Systems Manufacturing (PSM) is expanding its operations in Jupiter, Fla.

PSM plans to add and renovate 75,000 square feet of space in order to diversify its operations to include manufacturing, repair and new technology development. The Jupiter service center is expected to include the manufacturing and repair sectors under one roof.

PSM provides gas-turbine parts and low-NOX upgrade solutions for gas turbines. It was acquired by Alstom in March 2007 and now forms part of Alstom's Power Service Sector.
