B&W awarded nuclear steam generator contract

B&W awarded nuclear steam generator contract

5 December 2007 - Babcock & Wilcox was awarded a contract by FirstEnergy Nuclear Operation Company to design, fabricate and deliver two replacement once-through steam generators for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, an 873 MW pressurized light water reactor in Ohio. Delivery is scheduled for 2013.
