1 November 2006 -- Airtricity, Inc., the North American affiliate of Dublin, Ireland based Airtricity Holdings Ltd, is pleased to announce that it has obtained an $85 million equity financing commitment for its Sand Bluff wind farm projected located near Big Spring, Texas from a group of investors led by JPMorgan Capital Corp.

Airtricity's 90 MW Sand Bluff wind farm project is currently under construction and is expected to be in commercial operation during the second quarter of 2007.
