7 September 2006 -- DirectView, Inc. today announced its execution of an agreement with GS Energy Corp. to acquire GS Carbon Trading, Inc., an emissions trading company.

GS Carbon Trading is focused on the trading and sales of renewable energy certificates, or green tags, and energy efficiency certificates, or white tags, as well as other similar attributes. GS Carbon also holds minority stakes in Sterling Planet, Inc. and TerraPass, Inc., both renewable energy-related companies.
