Russian energy reforms risks to be assessed

24 December 2004 - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has commissioned Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko and RAO UES CEO Anatoly Chubais to prepare an analysis of risks connected with electrical energy reforms in the first quarter of 2005.

Khristenko called preparation of such a document reasonable, as any decisions should be accompanied by risk assessment.
