Power Maintenance Resources Inc. wins major maintenance contract with PGE

HILLSBORO, OR, July 3, 2003 -- Power Maintenance Resources, Inc (PMRI) announces it has been selected by Vogt Power, Inc. (VPI) to provide major field services at Portland General Electric's (PGE) Beaver Generating Station near Clatskanie, Oregon.

PMRI will supply all field supervision, labor, tools and equipment for the removal and re-tube of the heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) for each of the six GE combustion turbines at the Beaver Station. In addition, PMRI will provide commissioning services to ensure each unit meets performance requirements, and operates in compliance with the project specifications.

"We are very pleased that PMRI will be performing this job," said Mike Schwartz, Plant Manager of the Beaver Station. "This is a complex project with a very tight schedule, and know with a company like PMRI on the job, we will be on time and within budget."

"Our pre-project planning, coupled with our commitment to bring quality, safety and value to every job, played a key role in us winning this contract," said Jake Hardy, President and CEO of PMRI. "The solid relationship PMRI has with the community, the labor unions and suppliers involved with the project all contributed to this success."

"This project fits very naturally within PMRI's portfolio of services, and supports our plans to capture an ever increasing share of the domestic maintenance and construction market," said Steve Muchlinski, General Manager of PMRI. "This project is a home-run for us; the opportunity to team-up with VPI, a leader in the HRSG engineering and supply field, and to work for PGE on yet another important project is very rewarding to us."

With offices in Hillsboro, Oregon and Issaquah, Washington, PMRI provides scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, design, modification, and construction services to the electric power generation, transmission and process industries. PMRI is a wholly owned subsidiary of North American Energy Services. North American is a leading provider of power plant operations, maintenance and related technical services.
