LAS VEGAS, Nev., July 9, 2002 -- Xtreme Cos. announced Tuesday it has renamed its subsidiary to Nuclear Reduction Systems, Inc. from Nucon 1 International, Inc. after a thorough corporate search.

"We made the change after discovering similarly named companies that might cause confusion in the marketplace," Board Chairman Donald Bradley said.

Xtreme also recently separated its web sites into discrete entities for each of its businesses: Xtreme Companies -- xtremecompanies.com; Waste Renewal Systems -- wasterenewalsystems.com; Nuclear Reduction Systems -- nuclearrsi.com (under construction).
