PIC announces formation of Power Generation Products Group

June 19, 2002 -- The PIC Energy Group (PIC) announced the formation of its new Power Generation Products (PGP) group.

Power Generation Products will provide custom engineering, manufacturing, packaging and servicing of reciprocating engine and gas turbine powered equipment. The addition of this line of business complements PIC Energy Group's support of power plants and refineries worldwide in the areas of staffing, technical services, field services, construction services, operations and maintenance (O&M), and professional consulting services.

PIC Energy Group's focus is on the capital equipment located in these facilities, including gas turbines, diesel and natural gas engine equipment, power generation equipment, steam turbines, chillers, boilers, HRSGs, and associated equipment. The addition of manufacturing and packaging of gas turbine and engine-powered equipment is an adjunct to our existing lines of business.

PGP's primary product is based on the Cummins diesel and natural gas reciprocating engines. PIC is working with several major suppliers of small gas turbines, which will result in an offering that covers a wide range of the horsepower spectrum, from 100 to 4000 hp. PGP provides aftermarket support in the areas of parts and service consistent with existing equipment lines, and present these products and services to clients on a worldwide basis.

The PIC company offers full third party O&M and outage services, turnkey commissioning, startup, construction services, and complete staffing solutions for all aspects of project development and execution. From petrochemical and refining to power generation, from concept to execution, the company focuses on quality and safety.
