April 26, 2002 -- The PIC Energy Group announced that it is providing turnkey Startup and Commissioning Services to the Clay County Project, located in Flora, Illinois.
The plant consists of 4 GE 7EA machines in simple cycle configuration. PIC is providing the services to a joint venture of Montgomery Watson Harza Energy and Infrastructure and AZCO, Inc.
The client receives a completely tested and commissioned plant that meets all of their expectations for reliability, maintainability, and performance. Through the experienced and qualified project team, the facility will be commissioned with complete and comprehensive documentation. The plant is expected to be commercial in the summer of 2002.
